Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their client's dynamic team in California. The role involves engaging with customers to ensure their inquiries and needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with orders, delivery updates, pricing, and general inquiries.
• Take customer orders over the phone and ensure all details are entered correctly.
• Coordinate closely with the order fulfillment team and sales to ensure orders are processed with correct pricing, shipment method, and timelines.
• Process and resolve product returns, ensuring proper documentation and follow through.
• On occasion, contact customers regarding past due balances in a professional and respectful manner.
• Actively listen to customers, identify needs, and provide clear, timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate records and notes in internal systems.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Behaviors:

• Comfortable being on the phone for most of the workday, with professional, calm, and confident behavior.
• Able to manage workload independently, staying productive without constant supervision.
• Demonstrate a professional work ethic, including reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Able to adapt to different customer situations and priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Reasonable proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to learn new software quickly.
• Previous experience in customer service.

Required Work Hours

Monday - Friday, 7AM - 4PM.

Benefits

The position offers a competitive pay range of $20 to $21 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
